Personal data is processed to manage enquiries and registrations; review and select athletes; organise sports programmes, travel, accommodation and related services; manage contractual relationships; present sporting profiles to clubs and scouting staff where authorised; and provide information about VICO Legacy programmes and activities where requested or consented to.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Data may include name, surname, date of birth, nationality, identity card or passport details, address, telephone number, email address, academic and sporting information, photographs, videos, medical information where necessary, parent or legal guardian information for minors, and any additional information voluntarily provided by the participant or their legal guardian that is necessary for the proper delivery of VICO Legacy services.
4. Legal Bases
Processing is based, as applicable, on consent, steps taken at the participant's request, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and VICO Legacy's legitimate interests. For participants under 18, the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian will be obtained whenever required for the relevant processing or activity.
5. Data Recipients
Where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection law, personal data may be shared with football clubs, academies, federations, tournament organisers, scouting and recruitment staff, transport providers, accommodation providers, insurers, banks, service providers and competent public authorities.
6. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the relevant relationship and for the periods required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Commercial communications, where separately consented to, will continue until consent is withdrawn or the participant objects.
7. Data Protection Rights
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@vicolegacy.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. A complaint may also be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security
VICO Legacy implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.
9. Minors
For participants under 18, parents or legal guardians must provide the information, consents and authorisations required for participation and for any use of the minor's image that legally requires their approval.
10. Photographs and Videos
Photographs and videos may be processed to assess the participant's football profile and may be shared with clubs, academies, federations, scouting staff and partner organisations where the relevant authorisation has been granted. Public promotional or social-media use requires the separate publication authorisation in Part II.
11. Commercial Information
Participants or their parents/legal guardians may request information about programmes, trials, camps, scholarships and company news. The one-off request to receive a programme brochure is distinguished from consent to receive ongoing advertising.
12. Acknowledgement
By selecting the combined acceptance and signing this document, the participant confirms that they have been given the opportunity to read and understand this Personal Data Protection Policy and the processing purposes described in Part II.

PART II — PLAYER AUTHORISATIONS
Please read every purpose carefully. The single acceptance at the end of this Part applies to all the purposes described below.
1. Assessment of My Football Profile
VICO LEGACY SPORTS SL may process the information in my football profile and the videos I submit in order to review my application, assess my football abilities and identify potential football opportunities.
Registration is free and does not include the professional assessment report provided under the PRO programme, nor does it guarantee trials, selection or a contract with a club.
2. Presentation to Clubs and Scouting Staff
VICO LEGACY SPORTS SL may share my football profile and videos with football clubs and their recruitment or scouting staff in Spain and other European countries, so that they may consider potential opportunities for assessment, trials or joining a club.
This authorisation does not include publication on social media and does not constitute a representation agreement.
3. Publication of My Image and Football Profile
VICO LEGACY SPORTS SL may publish the name I use as a player, my image and excerpts from the videos I submit, exclusively to promote my profile as a football player through its official channels:

I understand that these publications will be publicly accessible and may be shared by third parties. This authorisation does not include paid advertisements or commercial testimonials.
For players aged 16 and 17, publication will remain on hold until the applicable specific image-use permissions have been verified.
General Information
I may withdraw my consent and request to exercise my data protection rights by emailing info@vicolegacy.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Further information about processing, retention, recipients and the exercise of rights is set out in Part I and in VICO Legacy's complete Privacy Policy.
I ACCEPT the Personal Data Protection Policy and expressly authorise all the processing purposes described in Part II: assessment of my football profile and videos; presentation of my candidature to football clubs and scouting staff; delivery of information and the commercial brochure for VICO Legacy programmes; and publication of my sporting name, image and video excerpts through VICO Legacy's official website and social-media channels. I understand that registration is free, purchasing a programme is optional, and registration does not guarantee a trial, selection, representation agreement or contract with a football club.
